I started with Nissan in June 2004 as a client relations assistant but quickly realized that I wanted to try the sales aspect of the business. In May of 2005 I was given the opportunity to join the Internet Department, and I've been here ever since.
I really like what I do and I hope to show lots more people that buying a car can be an enjoyable experience!

About me... I've been married for 3 years and although we have no kids, as you can see we have a Pug named Jack who is arguably the most spoiled dog on the planet.

The three of us enjoy taking weekend trips to Carmel and we golf as often as possible, but most of the time we're either at the gym or hanging out at home.

Hello - My name is Darrell Cluck (that's right - cluck like a chicken!). I am 57 years old and was born and raised in Northern California. I've had the fortune of being married 37 years to my lovely wife Gwen. We have two children - my daughter Tamera in which I have two grandchildren and my son Scot in which I have one granddaughter and one on the way.

I Have been the the car business for 18 years.

When living in Southern California I sold Chevy and Gmc- Buick- Pontiac for 12 years. I have been with John Driebe and the ForAnyAuto Group for 6 years.

Before the auto business I was a pastor for 25 years. I truly enjoy working in the auto business very much. My favorite teams are the Sacramento Kings - go Kings! and the San Francisco 49ers.

I like to swim and golf with my son and go shopping with my wife.

  • After extensive internet research and test driving , I sent emails out to several Northern California dealers to get their best price. Rosie was the quickest to respond and had the best price of any dealer (of those that chose to respond or call - very few shockingly with the current state of the economy). She quickly located what I was looking for from another dealer and we quickly finalized the deal over the phone. She was informative without being high pressure. Due to a family emergency, she passed the car pickup over to AJ. He went out of his way to personally drive my son and I to a restaurant/movie theater while the car arrived from another site (slight delay in car arrival from the promised time is the only negative). Completing paperwork and going over operation/features of the car was quick, yet thorough. No surprises or "bait and switch" from this dealer - the price Rosie quoted in her email is the price we paid. Excellent overall experience with Elk Grove . Other dealers need to learn from this dealer if they want to increase their sales. Easy to see why Elk Grove is the #1 dealer in Northern California.

  • I had the easiest experience at Elk Grove. I negotiated over the internet and phone. When I arrived the deal was exactly the same. I previously went to future Nissan and it was the complete opposite. My experience there was horrible the deal negotiated pver the pone completely change when I arrived at the dealership.
    I would recommend Elk Grove to anyone interested in buy a car.

  • This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car - Jose was very friendly and personable. The price brought to us in negotiations was less than I expected to pay and I was still able to negotiate a lower price without having to haggle too much. Overall the best experience I have had.
