Ron was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very welcoming, but did not overly pressure me into buying the car on the day that I test drove it. He let the car sell itself. Willy was also very responsive and helpful.

Willie was very professional every step of the way. Anytime he said he would contact me or do something, he did it as promised. Simply put, he was great to do business with and I will gladly contact him again for my next Infiniti (FX50?). The sales manager, Steve, was also very courteous and professional.

Toan Lam, the Finance Manager, was very helpful and easy to deal with. All paperwork was clear, concise, and explained in detail.

All negotiations were professional and clearly stated. There were no added costs, or pressure to purchase a specific option package because of dealer inventory

Keep up the outstanding service! Infiniti staff are generally very courteous and they conduct themselves professionally. You're several notches above other dealers Such as Honda where they treat you like cattle - - in and out as fast as possible. Infiniti's personal service is unparalleled!

Joe is awesome! Always greets customers very politely, and quick when you pull up. Joe is definitely on a customers side, and - does everything possible to make customers happy.
